Check all that apply.

No two tax situations look the same. If you see yourself here, we should talk.

A job, kids, a house, a side gig. We work out how it all fits together.

Freelancers & gig workers

1099 income, write-offs and quarterly estimates without the guesswork.

Startups

Clean books and good habits from the first day you open.

Established businesses

Returns, payroll and records for companies with a lot going on.

Non-profits

Financial records and support that fit how mission-driven groups work.

None of the above?

Common calendar-year dates. They can shift when they land on a weekend or holiday, and your own dates may differ.

Part 4 — What you can count on

Four things you can count on.

  • We explain it.

No jargon. If a number changes, you will know why.

  • We check it.

Small details change outcomes, so everything gets a careful review.

  • We keep it private.

Your financial information is handled with care and shared only when it has to be.

  • We pick up in July.

Questions do not follow a tax calendar. We are here after filing season too.

Part 5 — Questions

Good questions.

Don't see yours? Ask us directly.

What do I need to bring?

Your income forms (W-2s, 1099s), last year's return, a photo ID, Social Security numbers for everyone on the return, and records of anything you want to deduct. Not sure about something? Bring it anyway.

Do you work with businesses as well as individuals?

Yes. We work with individuals, families, freelancers, startups, established companies and non-profits.

I got a letter from the IRS. What should I do?

Do not ignore it, and try not to worry. Most letters ask for something specific and give a date to respond by. Send it to us and we will go through what it means and what comes next.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need and how involved your situation is. Tell us about it and we will talk through the fee before any work starts.

Can I hire you for just one project?

Yes. Come to us for a single project, or stay with us through the year for ongoing support.

Are you only available at tax time?

No. Planning, bookkeeping, payroll and questions carry on all year, so we do too.

Ready when
you are.

Tell us what is on your desk. We will take it from there.
